Bug Tracking Concept

Hello everyone today I'll explain you about bug tracking concept follow this flowchart. The tool that we will use to management is Trello or else that you use

first, If you QA or Client found any defect will report by create card to list name "Reported by team" or "Report by Client" in Trello. Then report to Dev team after that dev team will monitor about bug for check that is bug or feauture. If that defect is feauture Dev team will move card

to "Accepted". If it's not bug and want to fix it dev team will move to list "In-progress" and attach member who'll responsibility this defect. Then dev team will move that card to done after finished. And QA team will get card to "Validated" after confirm that defect was fixed will move card to "Closed". But If it's still bug then move to "Report by team" and start process again
